PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and billed by our office. Dr. Killman participates in most major health insurance plans in the region, including Medicare and Medicaid. He is also a preferred provider with One Call Care Management for worker's compensation claims.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call within 48 hours. If you miss your appointment you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. 

​
